We travel a lot and your quality of service is about the best if not the best we have experienced. We arrived totally exhausted and a bit hungry and dirty from our climb. Jackie and the young woman who works in the dining room took care of us right away and we greatly appreciated it. We stayed here to rest between our climbs to the top of Illinizas and Cotopaxi. I cannot think of a better place to rest and reenergize.

Absolutely wonderful! We loved the fireplaces, the hot water bottles, the comfort, everything. We felt so well taken care of! Everyone was wonderful and attentive. The food was delicious!

The rooms are superb, beautifully decorated, spacious and quiet, have the fresh flowers in every room. Particulary enjoyed the lovely gardens. Staff exceptionally kind, prepared a special dessert for us and took our children to the kitchen to show them how the decorations were made; our children loved it.

By far the best nights stay in Ecuador. All the staff are wonderful and the whole style of the place is perfect. The most unique dining room ever. Very black but full of light. Please don't make it too big in the future as the intimacy really makes this a jewel in the crown of Ecuador.

Staff was fabulous, courteous and paid attention to details. Little extras meant a lot - hot water pad, Llamas.. Beautiful ground to look out to the horses, Jacuzzi was stunning.
